How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking for all new clients.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that you come on time to your appointment. Please note that we require all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms prior to treatment.
What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
Our scheduling is booked to allow the correct amount of time to complete your service. To be fair to all of our clients your treatment must end on time so the other clients’ sessions can begin on time. If your arrival is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but if this is not possible your service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for our other guests as treatments are charged at full value.
What if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your appointment without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In the event you are unable to give 48-hour notice, your card will be charged a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment charge. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Do I leave a tip?
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with each service.
